Yum!

I have been doing Weight Watchers for a few months now and have lost a total of 15 lbs. I did take a little break during the holiday(too many good sweets), but I'm back on it and this time I wanted to try new recipes for our dinners. We were getting a little sick of plain chicken and rice :/. So this week I decided to try something new everyday of the week. I found this great website with tons of good, delicious meals here!


Day 1

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Grilled chicken and marinara.

Its so easy you just take one medium to large spaghetti squash, cut it in half, clean out all the seeds and protein, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for about an hour on 325 degrees. Grill chicken while the squash is roasting and cut into strips. After the squash is during, use a fork to fluff the middle(it will look like spaghetti). Pour a little marinara on top, then the chicken, and top that with more marinara and mozzarella cheese. Place back in oven for 8 min. Then Serve! Yummy :)
